Hot Stone Ribeye with Ramen
INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz ribeye steak
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 pack ramen noodles (prepared to package instructions)
Optional Toppings:
- Soft boiled egg
- Scallions
- Kimchi
- Sesame seeds
- Chili crisps
- Sliced peppers
- Cilantro
HOW TO MAKE Hot Stone Ribeye with Ramen
STEP 1:
Place your stone in the oven at 500°F (260°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour. While that is heating up, season the ribeye with kosher salt and prepare the ramen noodles.
STEP 2:
Once the stone is hot, remove it from the oven and place the stone on a wooden holder. Immediately sear the ribeye for about 3 minutes per side (depending on thickness). Use a ThermoPro Lightning Instant-Read Thermometer to check if it has reached an internal temperature of 120°F (49°C) for a rare doneness level.
STEP 3:
Slice the steak into thin strips and place over the ramen noodles. Add any additional toppings of your preference.
