Purchasd as a Christmas gift for a new cook. They loved it, found it easy to calibrate and made chicken perfectly for the first time.
This thermometer is the one I wished for. Fast and accurate. A thin probe that won’t mangle the meat. Uses regular batteries, not the coin-cells that always seem to die when you need them most.

Function as designed. Temperature is accurate. Like the magnetic option for attached to the refrigerator. Like the temperature display would flipped depends on the orientation.
