Screen hard to read in the sunlight
Nice quality but a little bit slow
Overall, it’s OK.Pros: – The flipping readout is a great feature – The big numbers are super helpful – Being able to use a AAA battery vs button batteries (expensive) is very nice. Cons: – The magnet isn’t that strong
Great thermometer but after a year and a half I keep on getting LLL code. Sometimes it work and thosent when you really need it. Disappointed!
I’ve used this for the past year and I can say it’s helped out quite a bit with smoking meats. However, as time went by I noticed it wasn’t quite as accurate as it used to be and have found myself prodding multiple times and getting mixed temperature readings. It’s been user error on some cases, but I have a leave in thermometer that I’ve been using for a long time and there’s a 20 degree temperature difference sometimes and that could make or break some foods.All in all, a decent temperature reader and it’s very easy to use. I’d probably swap it out with an instant read thermometer soon, but great product overall.
