Can’t get the two units to pair with each other
After a few dozen uses I just love this thing. It makes smokes and cooks easy to monitor and control. A huge brisket can have a probe in the point and in the flat, you can do chicken next to a pork shoulder, etc., Having the remote display is great as well. My only niggle would be to ask that there be a setting with no alarms so you don’t have to scroll up/down for a couple hundred degrees; the presets and BBQ presets are great but sometimes I just want simple.
Works awesome for tracking temps at multiple sources.
I recently used it for a prime rib in the oven. Overall it was easy to setup and the alarm did work, etc. Would be nice if the probe was a little shorter and the wire a little longer.
