This showed up today in the typical Thermopro Prime plastic packaging. When I got the product inside and opened the plastic bag the entire contents fell out onto my counter. Both ends of the box were open and there were no signs it was ever sealed. I inspected all the parts and verified everything was there, which it was and the item appears to be brand new and unused. I installed the batteries to test and everything seems to be working. No comments on accuracy at this time and I would have returned it if not so close to Christmas. Hopefully the product works and wasn’t previously used and then returned. I’ll update after Christmas. Update. Accurate temperature readings.
I’m giving this product 3 stars because the probe is too long. Beware if you have a grill or smoker that’s small as the long probes will get in the way. Even using multiple probes in oven is a problem. I would give this product 5 stars if it came with different lengths of probes.

I was not able to work the thing
Haven’t used it yet but you would think a storage case would come with it!!! You supposed to put it in the box after each use? Terrible.
