   Has lots of functions for times and temp. Just haven’t looked into it to see if I can over write the per programmed settings as I surely would as I’m a cold smoking guy.

   Super thermometre. Facile d’utilisation. Je n’ai pas lus les instructions et j’ai pus utiliser les deux sondes avec les alarmes. Alarme un peu forte et la distance est limité

   Manufacturer sent me a new product free of charge as the first one didn’t connect. Great customer service in my case so i increased stars from 2 to 4.2

   I can see why people are really excited to use the probes with no wires, but of course those are at least triple or more the cost.Worked well though and I learned my pellet-grill actually runs 30-50 degrees hotter than what the gage reads (e.g., I drop my temp on the settings by 50 degrees to maximize low & slow situations.)If you don’t want to pay for the big-bucks no-wires meat-probes, this is a very good solution for the price.Happy shopping 🙂
