ThermoPro Wireless Meat Thermometers

So far I've had it a few months and it has more than done its job. I've made a custard, and twice tempered chocolate and it was easy and accurate. I also tested it in boiling water and in an ice bath, and it was accurate and quick reading. (and also tested it against my built in oven thermometer). Like all external probes, I don't trust the wire not to kink and stop working - so I am very carefully wrapping it inside the original packaging for storage. So if you need a new thermometer - this is definitely worth a try. Should be durable, waterproof and rechargeable - but I am not putting it through those paces. I will tell you it is accurate, easy to set a target temperature, and flexible in its usage.

I really like how compact this thermometer is. the instant read can easily be read and the numbers flip to read if you're left handed. I also like having the probe line for deep frying or things in the oven to keep an eye on the temp. it's also rechargeable and magnetic. it would be nice to have a storage bag to keep the probe line with the thermometer or a small clip setup where the probe line can be clipped together with the thermometer and all be magnetic to stick to the fridge.

This TP20 device is accurate and trustworthy. It also appears durable and has allot of versatility with the dual probes and the options on the key pad. This is the best for the money. Very impressed with this product line. Well done on creating a high quality product for the home cook at a reasonable price.
